Suite is fully-furnished.
In-house laundry room is available for your use, weekly.
Located in upscale neighborhood in Fair Oaks, CA (reference map at bottom of page)
The suite is available for rent to ONE person.
A guest will be allowed for a maximum of one week.
No Pets.
No Smoking.

60-day minimum stay
30-day notice to vacate
$50 Application Fee waived if the applicant supplies a current copy of their own credit report and credit score. (Available at no-charge online - Credit Karma)

Rent: $2,000/month
Security Deposit: $500
Cleaning Fee: $100
Please provide your own Renters Liability Insurance. (Inexpensive & available online)
